Fees

The total you see includes cleaning, taxes and all fees. No guest service fee on direct bookings.

Cancellation and refunds

Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours after your booking is accepted. After that, a 50% refund if you cancel at least 10 days before check-in. No refund within 9 days of check-in.

Payment timing

Pay in full, or in up to three installments scheduled around the cancellation dates. If a payment doesn't go through, you have 48 hours to fix it before the booking is cancelled.

How booking works

Checkout sends a booking request. Christi reviews it and confirms your stay. Nothing is final until it's accepted.

ID check

At checkout you'll verify your ID with a photo ID and a quick selfie. Returning guests with a valid ID on file can skip this.

Security deposit

A $500 refundable deposit is held on your card (not charged) about 2 days before check-in and released about 2 days after checkout if there's no damage. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the release.

Check-in and check-out

Self check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Eastern Time.

Guests

Up to 6 guests, plus up to 2 infants. Children are welcome.

Infants

Up to 2 infants under age 2 are welcome and don't count toward the 6-guest limit.

House rules

No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Getting there

The road up is steep, winding and paved. Bedrooms are upstairs. Plan your first arrival in daylight.
